Book TODAY! LATE POLICY Safe Haven Suite has a 10 minute late policy for new clients, as I understand it may be difficult locating parking and the suite initially. After your first appointment the grace period is 7 minutes. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, I understand. Please consider reaching out to cancel appointment in advance to avoid being banned from booking in advance. Too many cancellations will result with soley being able to book with limited same day, and not having flexibility to book in advance.
